SHANNON K. STEWART

Customer Journey • User Experience • Customer Success

A relationship-driven, creatively wired professional in customer experience and content/brand marketing.

I’m not someone who fits neatly into one box, and honestly, that has turned out to be my greatest strength.

My career has moved through classrooms, creative work, entrepreneurship, community spaces, digital marketing, and a whole lot of learning on the fly. On paper, that can look all over the place. But to me, the thread has always been clear: I care deeply about people, I know how to build trust, and I’m wired to notice what could be better, more useful, more beautiful, and more human.

I’m drawn to work where relationships matter, communication matters, and the experience people have actually matters. That is the work I’ve been doing all along, even when the job titles looked different.

What I Bring To The Table…

I see things from a different lens

One of the things people count on me for most is perspective. I can step back, see the bigger picture, and help others look at a problem in a new way without making it feel like their ideas are being pushed aside.

I break things down in a way people can actually use

When something is messy or unclear, my instinct is to break it down step by step, ask better questions, and figure out what people actually need in order to move forward. That mindset has made me strong in communication, systems, and solutions that work for real people.

I’m a relationship person, through & through

Trust matters to me. Follow-through matters to me. People matter to me. I communicate well, I connect easily, and I bring a kind of energy that helps people feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to work together.

I care about the experience as much as the outcome

I’m always paying attention to what it feels like on the receiving end. Is this clear? Is it useful? Does it make things easier? Does it actually meet people where they are? That lens shapes everything I do.

Examples of Work I’m D*mn Proud To Put My Name On…

A Bit About Me…

I’ve never had a neat, linear career, and honestly, I think that’s part of my strength.

My work has moved through education, entrepreneurship, creative work, community-building, communication, and the kind of behind-the-scenes support that keeps things moving. On paper, it can look like a lot of different chapters. In real life, the thread has always been people.

I’m someone who builds trust quickly, follows through, and pays attention to the experience people are actually having. I care about making things clearer, more thoughtful, more useful, and more human. Sometimes that has looked like teaching. Sometimes it has looked like producing newsletters, supporting clients, building systems, organizing projects, or helping communities feel more connected. The titles have changed. The core of the work has not.

Relationships matter to me more than anything. They shape how I communicate, how I solve problems, how I lead, and how I show up. I’m drawn to work where people, process, and purpose all intersect, especially when there’s room to bring both creativity and structure to the table.
