I’m the kind of person who gets in, figures out what is needed, and moves the work forward. My career has not followed one straight line, but the thread has always been the same: building trust, improving the experience, and making things clearer, stronger, and easier to move through.
I break things down in a way people can actually use
When something is messy or unclear, my instinct is to break it down step by step, ask better questions, and figure out what people actually need in order to move forward. That mindset has made me strong in communication, systems, and solutions that work for real people.

One of the things people count on me for most is perspective. I can step back, see the bigger picture, and help others look at a problem in a new way without making it feel like their ideas are being pushed aside.

Trust matters to me. Follow-through matters to me. People matter to me. I communicate well, I connect easily, and I bring a kind of energy that helps people feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to work together.
I care about the experience as much as the outcome
I’m always paying attention to what it feels like on the receiving end. Is this clear? Is it useful? Does it make things easier? Does it actually meet people where they are? That lens shapes everything I do.

I’m relationship-driven, a little mountain-wild, and very hard to rattle. I make people feel seen, I get in and get the work done, and if you hand me something messy, complicated, or not working, I’ll want to figure it out. I’m drawn to the kind of work that asks for both heart and backbone. Give me a challenge. I haven’t met many I can’t handle.
